Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Beta release
This policy explains what Zenkosa collects, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run a useful directory.
1. What we collect
Account: name and email when you register. Profile: the business details, photos, pricing, availability, and links you add to a professional listing. Inquiries & reviews: the name, email, phone, and message you enter when contacting a professional or leaving a review. Usage: basic, anonymized analytics (which pages and listings are viewed) to improve discovery and prevent abuse. We do not collect sensitive health or financial data.
2. How we use it
To operate Zenkosa; to route your inquiries to the professional you contacted; to send service notifications such as a new inquiry, a reply, a profile-approval update, or a review notice; to moderate listings and reviews; to prevent spam and abuse; and to improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who can see it
Public profile information (name, business, services, photos, availability, contact links) is visible to all visitors. Contact details you enter into an inquiry are shared only with the professional you contacted. Platform admins can access submissions (profiles, inquiries, reviews, support messages) to operate and moderate the site.
4. Email notifications
You may receive transactional emails tied to activity you started: an inquiry you sent or received, a review you submitted, or an approval-status change for your listing. You can ask us to limit non-essential messages through the contact page.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use minimal, first-party cookies/local storage for login and basic functionality, and lightweight analytics to understand usage. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell data to advertisers.
6. Retention
We keep records only as long as needed to run and secure the Platform — for example, keeping inquiries so professionals can manage them, or retaining moderation records to prevent abuse. After that we delete or de-identify them. Inactive accounts may be removed.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw a listing or remove your account by contacting us. Public reviews may be retained where they reference genuine transactions, consistent with applicable law.
8. Children
Zenkosa is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect data but no system is perfectly secure. Avoid sharing sensitive information (like full card numbers) in inquiries or reviews.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
11. Contact
